**The Role**

As a Call Monitoring Assistant, you’ll be an essential member of the compliance team providing pivotal support to the business. Reviewing calls and files of our customer facing staff, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and conformity with our standards of practice, and ensuring all customers are receiving the top level of advice and service.

**About You**

**Responsibilities**:

- Completing quality checking within agreed timeframes.
- Liaising with other key areas of the business on feedback, issues and any risks identified.
- Providing support internally and externally to other departments.
- Ensuring all compliance, regulatory requirements and business processes are adhered to.
