Happy Days Nursery Droitwich Spa is seeking an ambitious and motivated Nursery Assistant to join our team on a part time basis working 30 hours per week.

This role offers you the opportunity to broaden your experiences by working across all age ranges, supported by a fantastic team.

As Nursery Assistant you will play a vital role in helping us inspire the future for our children, by offering them the very best care and education using our unique curriculum “Where Children Shine”

Your roles and responsibilities as Nursery Assistant would include
- **Performance**

- Supporting the effective running on the nursery by being organised, and have the ability to plan and prioritise your work
- Being positive, confident and honest

- Being a “key person” for a group of children, ensuring that their care and development needs are being met at all times
- Using our unique “Where Children Shine” curriculum to observe, plan and assess children’s learning opportunities
- Understanding and implementing safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirement policies and practices
