Happy Days Nursery in Droitwich Spa is seeking enthusiastic and inspiring Nursery Assistants and Practitioners to join their flexible supply team

Our recently opened setting in Droitwich is situated on a new housing estate, and has a supportive and nurturing team.

As Flexible Supply Staff you will play a vital role in helping us inspire the future for our children, by offering them the very best care and education using our unique curriculum “Where Children Shine”

Your roles and responsibilities as Flexible Supply Staff would include
- **Performance**

- Supporting the effective running on the nursery by being organised, and have the ability to plan and prioritise your work
- Being positive, confident and honest
- Having great initiative and a “can do” attitude
- Knowing and upholding our policies, procedures and established working practices

**Outstanding Childcare**
- Being a “key person” for a group of children, ensuring that their care and development needs are being met at all times
- Using our unique “Where Children Shine” curriculum to observe, plan and assess children’s learning opportunities
- Understanding and implementing safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirement policies and practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £8.65-£12.39 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
