**My client and due to continued growth, are now looking for a full time, highly enthusiastic and energetic Lettings Consultant.**
**This is a fantastic role for an experienced lettings consultant looking for a new opportunity with a growing agency.**
**Key responsibilities but not limited to**:
- Liaising with landlords
- Creating and building relationships with new landlords
- Conducting tenancy move-ins and move-outs
- Managing our landlord's portfolios
- Organising and arranging for repairs and certificates
- Carrying out property inspections
- Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
- Networking
- Setting up property adverts
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation
- Answering the telephone
