Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm - working 2 Saturdays a month

My client an independent boutique Sales and Lettings agency based in North Leeds are looking for a loyal, hardworking, and driven individual. To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience working Lettings with the ability to think outside of the box whilst multitasking. You must be creative, have a good sense of humour, and a willingness to push both yourself and the business forward.

fast-paced office, you will deal with the day today running of the Lettings department. This is a fantastic role for an experienced property manager or an ambitious Lettings Negotiator.

Lettings Consultant duties:

- To oversee the smooth running of the Property Management Department
- Handling enquiries, arranging and carrying out viewings and booking appointments
- Handling difficult situation, problem solving relating to tenancies
- Ongoing property maintenance and periodic visits
- Keeping up to date with current legislation
- Being a point of contact for both landlord and tenant
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with all landlords and tenants
- Arranging maintenance works on our landlord’s properties
- Liaising with tradespeople for maintenance works
- Organising and conducting move-in appointments with tenants
- Issuing notices to tenants when required
- Conducting end of tenancy check out
- Undertaking inspections on landlord’s properties
- Arrange tenancy renewals and relets
- Ensuring checklists are completed
- General administration

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
