**Job title: Recruitment Administrator**

Location: Hybrid Cardiff office and work from home

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

**What we’re looking for**
- Ensuring recruitment inboxes are kept up to date and queries are processed correctly and escalated where necessary
- Ensuring recruitment information is kept up to date and within appropriate folders
- Diary management; coordinating interviews and meeting rooms where relevant
- Preparing interview packs and assisting with drafting job descriptions
- Coordination of new starters; ensuring a smooth and timely handover to the core HR team for on-boarding
- Attending law careers fairs both virtually and in person when required
- Collating salary surveys from recruitment agencies throughout the year and assisting with collating information for market data analysis
- Assisting the Recruitment Lead with project work; salary benchmarking, recruitment reporting, data cleanse and various others
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties from the HR team as required

**Your experience**
- Demonstrable understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle from an in-house HR team or recruitment agency setting is essential
- Ability to work at pace and understand varying levels of urgency throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise workload and adapt to changing priorities and workload
- Ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders and management across the group
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent time management, problem-solving skills
- Desire and willingness to learn
- Team player but self-motivated and able to work autonomously and pro-actively
- Demonstrate the ongoing use of initiative
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability communicate professionally and respectfully with all you interact with
