**_About the Department_**

SEER is part of the Directorate of Student and Academic Services (SAS) which has a vision to provide holistic service, support and educative experience to all students and researchers from induction, to student engagement and progression, leading to successful graduate outcomes. The Directorate will aim to provide high-level administrative support, advice and guidance to students, researchers and academic colleagues, so they receive expert, timely and accessible support across a wide range of activities.

**_About you_**
We are looking for new members of the team who love to help students and improve the student community You love to make things easier for students, to solve problems, and to help students succeed. You are able to support people when they are uncertain, stressed, upset, and/or confused, and can provide them with clarity on their next steps. Whether the student in front of you has a simple query or a complex one, you will be able to calmly, efficiently, and inclusively guide them to the answers they need, so they can go back to focusing on their studies.

**_About the role_**

As part of a dynamic, friendly, and proactive Student Hub team, you will be responsible for promptly responding to all queries from our students, staff, and external guests of the School.

Based at our busy central London site, you will deliver timely, accurate and expert advice over the phone, in person, and through our online Student Information Desk.

You will contribute to a positive student experience by providing clear information to enquirers and referring students effectively to other specialist teams as needed.
