YMCA Robin Hood Group are recruting for a Receptionist to join our friendly and welcoming team working on our busy reception desk of our Community and Activity Village.

Working as part of a team, you will work shifts to provide cover across our opening hours, 7.30am-10pm. We are open 7 days a week so a willingness to work day times, evenings and weekends is essential.

Being the welcoming face at the front of our building, you will ensure the safety of our visitors while on and also help with any questions or queries you may get asked.

With many regular customers visting weekly, you will soon get to recognise familiar faces, making this a really enjoyable and friendly role.

You can expect your day to day duties to include:

- Being the first point of contact for all users.
- Daily admin tasks and to keep all supplies for the Village facilities stocked, such as stationary and promotional materials.
- Data-entry, scanning, printing, filing and compliance checks.
- Provide assistance and enhance the customer experience for all, building excellent relationships with customers.
- To support and assist any activities taking place at the Community & Activity Village based on the needs of the individuals on site. data-entry, documentation, printing, filing duties and compliance checks.
- To act as key holder as required, opening & closing parts of the Community & Activity Village for users.
- To assist in keeping the reception area tidy and ensure adherence to all Health & Safety requirements
- To assist with any enquiries, bookings, complaints and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner.

We are looking for someone with previous customer service experience, either in retail, hospitality or office, who is confident and outgoing to work on our busy reception desk.

You will need to be reliable and trustworthy but you will be fully trained and supported by the existing team. We are a really friendly and welcoming team
