We are seeking friendly and creative Support Workers to join our new busy resource centres in Kensington, Liverpool. You will be committed to supporting people with autism to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community.

We are committed to working alongside the people we support to achieve the best possible outcomes. We offers autism specialist personalised support for young people in transition, and adults with autism spectrum conditions, both within the centres and outside in the wider community. We are also further developing our Outreach support to people in the community and within their own homes. The support we deliver is flexible and unique to each individual building on their strengths and driven by their motivation.

We work with each individual to develop interests and goals. Activities at the centres include:

- Arts & Crafts

- Physical well-being - exercise, outdoor gym equipment

Autism Initiatives work positively alongside people with autism, providing specialist services that are tailored to each individual.

We are looking for people who can bring their passion and enthusiasm to the role in order to achieve positive outcomes for the people that we support. The range of activities can reflect the skills, knowledge and experience of the post holder, but will also need to meet the wishes of the people that we support.
