**About the role and you.**

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be working a 180 role. This means you be targeting construction businesses across different sectors, meeting prospective clients, following up on leads and identifying new opportunities and generating new vacancies for the team to fill. Simply put it’s your job to add value to people’s recruitment by solving the clients’ problems, getting out to meet them and building new relationships.

Experience in recruitment would be ideal but not essential, however experience of sales in some form is necessary and preferred as it essential you understand the process of business to business sales and building up strong relationships with perspective clients. Understanding our sector is not important as we will support and train you on the rest.

Your work ethic will speak for itself, and you will continuously look for smarter and more productive ways of finding new leads or opportunities.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
