Responsibilities:
- Recruiting for a range of key clients, hitting key performance and financial targets along the way
- Managing and contacting leads provided to you by our marketing team (you will not be required to do
any cold calling) - Taking detailed specifications from clients to get a thorough understanding about the role
- Proactively sourcing the best people for your clients, whether that be through advertising or database searching

Requirements:
- Experience of recruiting for a reputable recruitment agency
- At least 12 months' experience in the job
- A consistent placement and billing record
- Effective organisational and time planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal, numeracy and literacy skills
- Solid IT skills and have prior experience of working with recruitment CRMs

The Package:
- Basic salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
- Bonus: OTE of £20,000 per annum, big overriders if over target
