We are working with an Ofsted 'Good' primary school who are looking for several dynamic teaching assistants to start working in the new academic year, from **September ‘24 to July ’25**, full-time Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30pm term-time only.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide teaching support in small groups and with individual pupils.
- To assist with the general pastoral care of students
- Promote positive values, attitudes, and good pupil behaviour.
- Actively encourage the inclusion of all students to participate in the life and activities of the school.
- Support the teacher with monitoring progress.
- Assisting in the planning and learning activities.
- Support pupils with their educational and social development by modelling positive behaviour and demonstrating high expectations.
- Promote and reinforce the inclusion, acceptance, and integration of all pupils.

**You will need**:

- Passion and enthusiasm to shape the next generation.
- **A completed bachelor’s degree - 2:2 or above**:

- Have high expectations of teaching and learning.
- Ability to relate well to pupils and adults.
- Be keen to develop as a professional

- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special needs
- Knowledge of toddler care practices
