Brook Street is working with our client in East Belfast to recruit a new full time and permanent Operations Administrator
**Responsibilities**:
**Provide administration support to the Payroll Officer.**:
- Collect holiday forms and input data onto IFS
- Keep track of employees hours from agency
- Time and attendance
- Maintaining holiday records
- Run daily work/cost reports for Management
**Provide administration support to Operations and General Manager.**:
- Assist cost controllers with data input/project set ups on IFS and folder structures.
- Assist with general administration to the General Manager.
**Provide administration support to Health & Safety Team**.
- Responsible for all site induction paperwork
- Ensure PPE available for visitors
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- Support with tool box talks.
- All other required admin support.
Role will be working office hours Monday to Friday - 09.00am to 17.00pm
Salary will start on 22k per annum
