Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast city centre client to recruit a full time and permanent Receptionist / Administrator
The purpose of the job is to fulfil Office Admin duties and to cover Reception/switchboard
Essential Skills/Abilities and Competencies:
- Must be well presented, with good communication skills, eloquent, clarity of speech
- Tactful and able to deal with people in a polite and professional manner
- Friendly, open manner, outgoing personality
- Work under extreme pressure
- Patient
- Polite, professional, and trustworthy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work without supervision
- Be able to use PC, photocopier, binder, fax machine, franking machine
- Operate Microsoft Teams Voice
Criteria:
- Experience in a similar position
- Strong IT Skills with Advanced Microsoft Office
Salary will depend on background and experience
