Transport Admin Clerk

An exciting opportunity has become available within our business. We are looking for an experienced admin clerk. You will be joining a small but busy transport office within a fast growing business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop with the business and be a direct part of it's success.
The hours for this role are 0800-1630 Monday - Friday, with a 30 minute break.
The Duties include (but not limited to):
- To process and scan POD's from the drivers.
- To raise invoices, match with POD's and post.
- To process incoming mail.
- Communicating with drivers throughout the day, to obtain POD information.
- Operating on the Courier Exchange platform, updating jobs and uploading POD’s.
- Provide a very high level of customer service, in order to build relationships with drivers, internal and external customers.
- General office duties.

- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy transport environment.
- Good attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A positive, willing and helpful attitude.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Good IT skills (Excel spreadsheet essential).
- Be flexible with start and finish times when required.
