We are excited to be hiring for this growing and ambitious practice based in Beaconsfield.

As the Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for working with the team to ensure delivery of payroll and Auto-Enrolment services.

You will be processing, having ownership and completing regular client payrolls (weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly and monthly), managing the process from receipt of data to the printing and the despatch of reports, ensuring the payroll is reviewed by a managerwhere applicable and producing payslips and P45’setc.

You will be fully supporting in this role and have a clear training and development plan. You will be able to seek guidance from semi-seniors and seniors anytime.

Full Auto-Enrolment tasks for clients include staging date review/informing clients, input and reporting to/from the payroll system (mainly STAR), production of files for upload to the relevant pension provider/middleware portal. and consultation / reconciliationof payments with checks clients.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be working within a supportive environment where you are encouraged to develop and progress. Your individual efforts are recognised and rewarded, bringing further opportunities for career development and progression.

The ideal person for this role will be well organised and able to work to agreed timescales, whilst having the ability to engage with clients. Payroll knowledge is required.
