- We’re looking for someone like that who can play an important role to:
- Drive alignment, implementation and delivery of key initiatives for the Head of EMEA Global Markets and regional leadership team;
- Prepare the Head of EMEA Global Markets for meetings with senior internal stakeholders and regulators;
- Ensure the smooth running and governance of the EMEA Global Markets management forum;
- Collaborate with Communications to create and implement an appropriate regional communication strategy;
- Work with the EMEA Global Markets Peoples Forum to drive the people and cultural agenda across the region;
- Work closely with the Global Markets Chief of Staff on a broad range of Global Markets topics and initiatives, (from strategic analysis, to financial planning, cost control and organisational change). Create and review critical documents and presentations, ensuring appropriate messaging and consistently high quality;
- Work in partnership with the broader Chief of Staff team ensuring appropriate co-ordination, best practice and information sharing globally;
- Develop an effective partnership with all aligned parties and stakeholders, including COO, Finance, HR, Compliance.

**Your expertise**
- Experienced professional from a financial services and/or strategy/consulting background, with a deep knowledge of Global Markets or a related Investment Banking business;
- Experience in an equivalent or related role, i.e. CoS, COO, business management, strategy, consulting, or having worked in a Global Markets business;
- Proven experience in operating effectively and gaining trust with senior management and diverse senior stakeholders;
- A collegiate team player who can partner across functions, regions and business to build constructive working relationships at all levels of seniority;
- An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills;
- Strong financial and business analytical skills;
