**Client Details**

This Credit Risk Administrator role will be working for a FTSE 250 business in Slough.

**Description**

This temporary Credit Risk Administrator position, will involve the following responsibilities:

- Assessing the credit risk for new & existing customers based on credit bureau report data and additional external information
- When credit bureau information is not available credit assessment will need to be completed on the P&L / B&S
- Calculation of credit limit & manage approval when needed
- Monitoring risk though credit limit or other mean
- Upon request of Ops: collect additional information from customer to review score and recommendations
- Review non-Standard payment term / payment term and understand the charge
- Work in close collaboration with Ops & Collection to manage risk & decide and implement the most appropriate solution on alternative risk management solution to mitigate the risk
- Provide guidance explanation to Ops business
- Manage Credit Alert notifications assigned to you that require a reviewed credit assessment
- Stakeholder Management - Review reports to ensure data consistency & messaging
- Prepare or support preparation of credit committee, facilitating meeting and decision on difficult cases
- Consider Payment method & Financing solutions to mitigate risk whilst continuing to support operational revenue growth

**Profile**
- Understanding of financial information supplied within a commercial credit check an advantage
- Previous credit management experience an advantage
- Being able to assess risk with credit bureau information
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Understanding Credit Control collection process
- PC literate with a good knowledge of Outlook and intermediate/ advanced knowledge of Excel.
