The purpose of this role is to ensure that all finance targets in relation to service, quality, accuracy and productivity are met at all times and to fully support the Finance Lead.

General responsibility for:

- Responsible for inter-company both AR/AP
- Process inter-company invoices into accounting system
- Re-billing of inter-company charges
- Monitor inter-company invoice processing by Operations
- Resolution of disputes by month end deadline
- Reconciliations of all inter-company Accounts, AP/AR on a weekly basis
- Weekly forecasting of inter-company partners out with automatic payments
- Inter-company partner payments out with automatic payments
- Correspond with inter-company partners and respond to all enquiries professionally & promptly
- Allocate monthly payments for inter-company partners paid automatically.
- Provide monthly reconciliation documents for financial audits
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy and efficiently
