**Description**

The successful Accounts Payable Clerk / Accounts Assistant duties are:

- Input of invoices, taking ownership for quantity and prices
- Payment runs
- Process all purchases (supplier invoices) and refunds (credit notes)
- Account all of VAT on invoices
- Maintain supplier accounts
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Deal with supplier account queries
- Resolve any issues

**Profile**

The successful Accounts Payable Clerk / Accounts Assistant MUST:

- Have a solid Accounts Payable background
- Have ability to work in a busy fast paced environment
- Confident personality as heavy work load
- Ability to do weekly/monthly payroll is desirable
- Able to work in the office full time

**Job Offer**
