**Property Consultant - Estate Agency**

**Job description**
- Conducting accompanied viewings
- Understanding clients search criteria & recording them on our system
- Suggesting suitable properties to clients
- Talking to clients about their move and discussing how we can help
- Maximise all sales opportunities and convert all aspects of estate agency business.
- Follow up all viewings and provide vendor/landlord feedback

**Skills**
- Energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic with a desire to succeed in a very competitive industry/environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines and to remain calm and professional at all times.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to deal confidently with clients and develop and maintain internal and external professional relationships.
- Highly organised.
- Team player.
- Smart, professional appearance.
- Be a car owner with a full (preferably clean) driving licence.

Estate Agency experience is not necessary, as training will be provided on every aspect of the role.

Hours available are:
Saturday 9am - 4pm
