Job Title: Property Compliance Coordinator

IRIS-Networx Services is seeking a highly skilled Property Compliance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Assets and Estates directorate, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety compliance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and maintain accurate records of health and safety compliance activities.
  • Monitor and report on compliance and performance of fire risk assessments and water/electrical/gas/lifts testing programmes.
  • Provide a scheduling service to the Damp and Mould Cleaning Team.
  • Assist and support Project Surveyors in delivering health and safety related service and cyclical contracts.
  • Work closely with Project Surveyors to undertake monthly validation inspections of property data.
  • Monitor and report on compliance and performance of fire risk assessments and water/electrical/gas/lifts testing programmes.
Requirements:
  • Basic project management experience in building or associated works programmes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety at Work, including CDM Regulations.
  • Good working knowledge of standard I.T. packages, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience of dealing with members of the public in an effective manner.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused housing environment.
  • Knowledge of construction technology in the context of domestic properties.
  • Knowledge of using in-house property management software.
Additional Requirements:
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and unsociable hours if required.
