My client, an established business in their field are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Coordinator/Payment specialist to join their team in West Oxfordshire on a 6 month contract, with the potential for the role to become extended/made permanent afterthis time period.

**Client Details**

The client is renowned in their field and are a rapidly growing company with a global presence. The office is based in a town with many shops, cafes and other amenities nearby.

**Description**

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will:

- Processing invoices on in-house system
- Indexing invoices on in-house system
- Filing invoices processed
- Reconciling key vendor accounts for allocated sites
- Processing expenses
- Any ad hoc admin tasks
- Monitoring and managing scheduled payment runs across EMEAI
- Resolving payments failures and returns
- Running and resolving suspect duplicate reports
- Carrying out fraud audits using 3rd party diagnostics where appropriate
- Running and managing the "netting process"
- Managing clearance of direct debits.
- Maintaining employee deductions.

**Profile**

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be/have:

- Experience in past Accounts Payable roles
- Good numeracy skills
- Immediately available or available on short notice to start work
- Computer Literate
