**Client Care Assistant (Veterinary Receptionist)**

**Salary: 25,290.72 per annum**

**Location: Village Vet, Hampstead**

**Job Type: Full time, Permanent**

**Hours: 42 Hours per week. Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between 8am and 10pm, also includes 1/7 weekends.**

Village Vet Hampstead are looking for a caring, organised, motivated individual to join their fantastic front of house admin team

This role is fast-paced, high pressured but fun, with no working day the same. We pride ourselves on providing the best standard of care to both our long-standing and new clients, always ensuring we are personal, professional, and empathetic.

Our front-of-house teams are the face and voice of our business therefore, this role is extremely valued within the hospital team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure effective customer service
- Completing various administrative duties for the clinical team and the business
- Promoting our fantastic Healthcare Plan
- Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile
- Booking appointments and diary management
- Taking payment for services and products
- Managing cash, stock and client accounts
- Opening and closing the practice.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Previous Customer facing experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated to provide excellent service to clients and the practice
- Works well within a team
- Ability to work at a fast working pace under pressure along with lone working and managing own workload
- Professional approach to work
- Excellent administration, organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills - Microsoft (Outlook, Word and Excel).
