Our Client has an excellent opportunity for someone to join their Complaints department, assisting Customers who have been let down by their interactions with the company.

They are seeking bright individual with previous Complaints experience gained from either an Insurer, Broker, or Claims Management company.

In addition to your technical knowledge, you will have a strong ability to communicate and negotiate, be self-motivated and have the ability to use your own initiate to provide a first-class service to Customers who have made a Complaint.

**As a Complaints Handler you will**:

- Provide excellent Customer Service to Customers who had raised concerns
- Be impartial and understanding to upset and distressed Customers
- Thoroughly investigate any concerns presented in the Complaint
- Adhere to the time limits and processes applicable

**To be successful as a Complaints Handler, you will demonstrate**:

- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great listening skills
- Patience and understanding
- Strong ethical standards
