Juice is pleased to be supporting a fast-growing IT company based in Bristol, in their search for a talented Web Developer to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a number of websites ranging in size for many influential local organisations. You will undertake programming work, produce key documentation, manage client expectations, and support the website part of the business.This role offers a hybrid working model with 2/3 days from home after training.
DAY TO DAY:

- Producing, writing, and documenting code to a high-quality level
- Managing producer/client expectations using your knowledge around the limits of a given technology
- Supporting with costing for a proposed scope of work to ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Creating new website designs, producing sample sites, and working with customers to define their requirements
- Reviewing external suppliers/products for quality and viability
- Creating engaging and brand-consistent web experiences
- Adding to creative discussions with viable technology solutions
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

- 3- 4 years minimum working in a Web Developer role
- Experience using WordPress and PHP is essential
- Experience in coding programmes such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of SQL and MySQL database configuration and management
- Knowledge of SEO and website UX optimisation is desirable
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to manage their own workload
