**Head of Sales Management, Private Bank UK and Crown Dependencies**

**Location: London**

**What will you be doing**
- Work closely with Business Heads to develop and articulate a sales plan/strategy that drives revenue growth for Private Bank UK, using both financial and non-financial insight. The sales strategy will articulate approaches/initiatives to provide our clients with the right products and processes to meet their objectives
- Identify key themes and trends within the Private Banking industry that can be leveraged to implement changes to our products, processes, or initiatives to meet our strategy and clients’ investment objective
- Proactively research and analyse client insight/feedback, financial data and commercial performance to refine the strategy to drive and influence sales effectiveness
- Work collaboratively with Business Heads and Team Leaders to provide ideas on new activities/initiatives that support sales growth. Track the performance of those initiatives and recommend next steps as applicable
- Collaborate with UK leadership to design sales management training and coaching to Private Bankers to help them achieve business KPIs
- Drive an effective, efficient and well governed process to manage pipeline working with Business Heads, Team Leaders, Finance Director, Product Partners and Private Bankers.
- Able to influence change effectively to meet current and expected future requirements
- Use analytical skills to interpret internal/external information to drive growth

**What we’re looking for**
- Significant, disciplined Private Banking sales management experience, with evidence of being able to proactively drive the business forward. Preferably in a managerial role.
- In - depth knowledge, technical understanding, and experience of Private Banking industry, propositions and products.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that will encourage openness and trusted relationships.
- Strong understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory governance

- The ability to strike a balance between pushing new initiatives forward and adopting a consultative approach.

**Where will you be working**

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
