In this varied and interesting role you will be responsible for a full range of administrative and customer support across all areas of Registry Services to ensure the delivery of high-quality user-focussed services to our applicants and students.
The role will include:
- Handling enquiries through to resolution
- Supporting the offer making process
- Student administration processes
- Exams, Awards and graduation.
You will provide information and advice and liaise with internal departments and external agencies. This is a flexible role that works across several different teams within the department depending on business need so we are seeking a confident communicator.
The role holder will be able to do a blend of home working and office-based working but will have some weeks where demand and business activity requires them to be working onsite or at a partner venue in the Brighton area. We have 1 full-time (37 hours a week), permanent post available. Job-sharers are welcome to apply.
