**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of payroll, invoices, and other financial documents
- Support the HR department with various tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Supervise and manage the work of office staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in clerical and administrative procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£29,500.00 per year
