**Hours of Work**: 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon to Thurs and 8.30am-4.30pm on Fri (38.25 hours per week)

**Holidays**:29 days holiday (increasing to 34 days with service)

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Working as part of a regional team to manage and co-ordinate the various aspects of processing project and equipment orders and managing them through the business.**:

- Liaison with the operations team and regional sales people to co-ordinate the logistics of the equipment for the warehouse to customer
- Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the project paper work are in place from a project specification and Credit Control perspective
- Working with the purchasing team to ensure that products are ordered, and their progress tracked until they have reached the business
- Continuous updating of the projects status and progression as they develop over the course of the projects implementation.
- Being an active in the contributor to sales development within a regional team.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years practical experience in a fast-paced FMCG, construction or Engineering environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail, thoroughness, and a methodical and logical approach to work
- Works at a pace that matches the requirements of this fast-moving business and recognises the importance of meeting deadlines
