**HR Coordinator 6 month FTC**

As our
**HR Coordinator** you will be responsible for building our job description library across Europe and central functions.. Working with our local HR teams and Senior HR leaders to create consistency across the business; connecting job descriptions with recruitment, DE&I, job titling and job levelling.

**This HR Coordinator**
**role is offered on a full time, contract basis for 6 months and most of the work can be based remotely. A few days a month onsite at Bicester Village may be required especially during training.**

- Experience and/or knowledge of Organisational Design
- Experience working in a People/HR function
- Experience of working on job descriptions and evaluations
- Experience working in a project-based role (deliverables and timelines)
- Experience of working with pan European colleagues - Speaking additional languages beneficial
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to build relationships
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office programmes
