Job Title: Apartment Supervisor

Reports To: Senior Hospitality Manager - The Apartment

Based At: Bicester Village

You will support and assist with the day to day running of The Apartment including events and VIP guest visits.

You will represent Bicester Village and ensure that all guests receive a 5-star luxury hospitality service during their visit. You will deliver and promote all services and Village activities.

You have a strong experience with Food and Beverage service delivery

With your flexible approach, fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills you will provide the personalised and memorable flagship hospitality experience that will delight our guests

You will assist Senior Hospitality Manager and Hospitality Manager

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You demonstrate an inherent understanding of guests needs and a passion for delivering excellent standards in service and hospitality.
- String background in F&B service delivery ensuring this is to the highest standard
- Strong presence both back of house and front of house
- Training of all kitchen teams including agency staff
- Advocate an elegant sequence of service
- Support with the management of stock control and ordering
- Awareness of the budget and planning
- Be a strong presence for days when there are no managers - oversee the full operation working closely with the guest relations team
- H&S awareness including COSSH and food hygiene trained
- Offer the ultimate guest experience by being luxury ambassadors for the flagship village
- Strong organisation skills
- Awareness of the daily operation of the full Apartment experience - including events and marketing activations
- Ensure that Bicester Village standards, procedures and policies are adhered to at all times

- Experience as a F&B Supervisor/Restaurant/Lounge/VIP Events Supervisor in a luxury environment including hotel, retail and events sectors
- Food hygiene Level 2 or above is desirable
- Knowledge of basic Health and Safety
- Solid understanding of the luxury customer
- Ability to assist in projects and to work effectively within a team, as well as act autonomously
- Knowledge of branding
- Experienced in service delivery both front and back of house
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail, responsible and able to work without close supervision
- Well-organized
- Ability to multi task and prioritize
- High level of service
- Excellent Grooming Standards, pride in their appearance and immaculate presentation
- Fluency in English. (Mandarin and Arabic languages are a plus )
