As a Customer Engagement Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in striving for excellence by delivering outstanding service to our customers and supporting our colleagues in achieving high standards. With a people-centric approach, you'll focus on understanding our customers' needs, exceeding their expectations, and fostering strong relationships. By upholding integrity in all your interactions, you'll build trust with customers and colleagues alike.

In this role, you'll embrace responsive innovation by actively seeking innovative ways to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Through inspired service, you'll prioritize customer satisfaction, providing proactive, empathetic, and personalised support. You'll take ownership of customer enquiries and sales opportunities, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer enquiries and sales opportunities with excellence and integrity.
- Build strong relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations at every interaction.
- Embrace innovation to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Provide proactive, empathetic, and personalised support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address customer needs promptly and effectively.
- Utilise internal systems effectively to manage customer data, ensuring accurate input and maintenance of contracts and administrative records.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the department and organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and situations.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bridgwater (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bridgwater: Relocate before starting work (required)
