**Primary responsibilities**:

- Ensure all relevant identification checks are carried out correctly and meeting regulatory requirements;
- Ensure all information is accurately recorded on internal and external requirements;
- Provide excellent customer service - keeping the customer informed of the process from boarding to terminal delivery and live;
- Identify common sellers’ errors and any trends through the correct route to reduce avoidable errors;
- Update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer records are maintained;
- Active changes to customers account details (change of address, bank details etc);
- Sending out EFT and Dongle Addendums
- ID&V Changes

**Secondary responsibilities**:

- Ensure all queries, requests and demands are responded to and where possible resolved to the satisfaction of all parties concerned
- Written communication with merchants to resolve account queries
- Engage with merchants on phone calls when written communication is not suitable
- Available to answer calls during busy periods
- Ensure systems are updated accurately as required
- Work on ad-hoc projects and initiatives when required to drive business improvement
- Liaise closely with relevant internal departments to resolve issues and queries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
