Join Advance Vauxhall Berkshire in and become part of our dedicated Aftersales Team. We are currently seeking an experienced and committed Service Advisor to work alongside our team of Service Advisors, Vehicle Technicians, Apprentices, and our Aftersales Manager.

As a Service Advisor at Advance Vauxhall Slough, you will have access to continuous training opportunities, both through our in-house and from Vauxhall Academy. This is an

**Responsibilities**:

- Booking services, MOT’s and repair work for our customers
- Provide advice to customers regarding warranty coverage and offer additional parts / accessories that may benefit from them
- Coordinate appointments and manage schedules in collaboration with the entire Aftersales department, considering workload and call volumes.
- Handle a high volume of customers, telephone calls, and online booking inquiries daily.
- Keep customers informed of turnaround times and ensure effective communication while their vehicle is in the workshop.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update systems with booking details.

Qualifications:
To succeed as a Service Advisor in our busy dealership, you must possess high energy, a warm personality, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to build rapport easily. You should be able to explain technical information clearly and concisely. Previous experience with Kerridge/ADP and familiarity with other essential dealer systems would be advantageous.

We are looking for a team player who can also work independently and take initiative. If you have previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry and possess a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and automobiles, we would love to hear from you

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
