A vacancy has arisen for a Clerical Officer within a busy Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service based at Stratheden Hospital, Cupar

You will provide administrative support from the point of referral to the service, including patient registration, retrieval and preparation of physical and electronic case notes for out-patient contacts. You will be required to cull medical records to secondary storage. You will be providing clerical support to the Medical Administration team in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service.

Previous clerical / administration experience, experience within a hospital records department and knowledge of computerised patient administration system is desirable.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
