As part of our Marketing and Communications team, you’ll work with others to develop bold marketing campaigns to attract supporters to our cause, deepen their support and raise awareness of our services across various channels.

You’ll also thrive on variety and enjoy working on multiple projects at once - understanding how to prioritise, manage and juggle your workload to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard.

You’ll act as the principal point of contact between our external suppliers, including photographers and printers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable proofreading skills are essential.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Support in project managing key marketing projects across the hospice, including awareness weeks and fundraising projects
- Liaise with colleagues across the hospice to deliver marketing work from start to finish
- Source insights for new project kick-offs, defining project scopes and roles and responsibilities, and own the overall project timelines and paths to delivery
- Be the point-person between the design, content and production of marketing materials
- Play a leading role in the development and execution of our digital first marketing strategy
- Support the creation and development of core marketing materials like Ashgate Hospice News and our monthly e-newsletters - liaising with stakeholders across the hospice
- Identify ways to improve all branded material and where and when they need to evolve the brand guidelines
- Implement our brand and tone of voice across all communications
- Create video content for a variety of channels, including the website, social media and internal communications
- Support the analysis of our e-marketing, preparing monthly reports
- Manage external suppliers, e.g. photographers, web designers, merchandise agencies, production companies, etc.
