**KURO BAKERY** is a local artisan bakery located in Notting Hill Gate. Part of the **KURO** family, we offer an amazing selection of sourdoughs, pastries, and cakes.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and talented Head Baker who takes pride in producing exceptionally high-quality baked products, made with passion, creativity and care using traditional baking techniques and the finest ingredients.
- Manage all aspects of bread production to ensure consistently standards across all our products
- Manage production of finest quality vienoisserie and cakes produced daily in the bakery
- Lead in the development of new products that represent the bakery’s values whilst remaining one step ahead of trends.
- Consistently review and deliver improvements in both process efficiencies and product quality in the bakery.
- To create and introduce a lunch offering onto our menu of sandwiches and toasties.
- Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines with responsibility for the bakery.
- Stock control, scheduling, rotas & ordering.
- Experienced in bread and viennoiserie production
- Able to travel to Notting Hill in the early hours of the morning
- Experience working in an artisan bakery
- A genuine interest in food
- Innovative, creative and willing to bring new ideas to the table
- A team player

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
