**We are excited to offer this post working within the Community Engagement Team at Disability Positive.**

As Administrator, you will support the Service Coordinator and Team Manager to deliver the Community Connections service; this service enables disabled young people to access universal, community based, sports and leisure services.

You will manage a caseload and process and audit pre-loaded payment cards and complete quarterly reports for monitoring purposes.

**14.5 hours per week : Tuesday to Thursday (Flexibility around Days/Hours considered) covering Cheshire West, Home Based.**
