**Overview**

MillTechFX was established to help Institutional Investors, Fund Managers and Corporate Treasurers to significantly reduce the cost and administrative burden associated with OTC Foreign Exchange execution and hedging.

By externalising our own execution infrastructure and combining cutting-edge technology with specialist operational management, we have created the first independent and comparative multi-bank currency solution.

**The opportunity**

This is a unique opportunity to join a new function of the business where you will support the day to day operations of the team and help to elevate our customer experience.

The role would ideally suit an organised, ambitious and motivated high-achiever with great communication skills. They must be reliable, able to work autonomously and adapt and contribute to the ever changing needs of a rapidly growing business.

**Your responsibilities in this role include**:
You will report to the Customer Success Manager (CSM) and work closely with various internal teams as you engage in a multitude of, primarily, administrative tasks with the goal to become a direct point of contact for the growing customer base. The role will require a focused and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail.

You will be expected to take initiative, bring new ideas and invest your time in refining your knowledge of Foreign Exchange products and trade workflows.

Your specific responsibilities will be:

- Advocate for the company, supporting the Customer Success team in all aspects of their interaction with clients
- Use a variety of tools to create, distribute and record customer related material
- Document and detail all customer interactions on the CRM
- Arrange client meetings and platform demonstrations
- Conduct routine reviews of client information, contacting the client for updates and renewals where necessary
- Assist in the creation of processes and procedures that’ll enhance the Customer experience
- Build and maintain internal process and procedures guides
- Explore new and innovative ways to improve scalability
- Assist in successfully onboarding new customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in providing customers with product training and support
- Develop a deep understanding of the MillTechFX offering, to maximise service levels and revenue generation

Desirable skills:

- 0-3 years’ experience in an office environment
- Bilingual, ideally in French, German or Spanish
