**Your responsibilities**:

- Efficiently handle order entry processes and ensure accurate set-up of service agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide timely and comprehensive support for customer inquiries.
- Address and clarify issues that arise during the service agreement process.
- Utilize SAP, Salesforce/Lightning, and Service Agreement portal to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist the external sales team with basic interactions into the Milton Keynes office.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline communication and address any operational challenges.
- Work in tandem with the scheduling team to ensure all necessary information is available and entered correctly into the system.
- Any other requirement from the business or line manager.

**Your background**:

- Background and experience in business administration.
- Awareness of financial data terms and processes.
- Understanding of Salesforce, SAP, MS Excel and other Microsoft platforms.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, with excellent planning skills.
- Customer focused along with a dynamic, can-do approach to tasks.
- Well organized and strong attention to detail.
- Experience within Automation industry (Desirable).
