Privately owned, the team at Passford has built a reputation for providing high levels of service and delivering memorable experiences that have our guests returning time and time again. We now have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Front of House Manager to join our amazing team.

**About the role**You will support the Restaurant Manager & General Manager, as well as the wider team to deliver the guest experience that Passford House is known for. The hotel operates in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere for diners in the restaurant, function rooms, lounges and garden. Day to day responsibilities include:

- Polite and professional food and beverage service
- Food and beverage service in the restaurant, bar, lounges, garden and function rooms.
- Welcome and host guests that are dining at the hotel and create memorable experiences
- Full training provided with career progression opportunities available

- A friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Highly organised with a customer service focus
- The drive to exceed guest expectations and go the extra mile
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
