HR Administrator

My client, one of the leading private healthcare service in the UK, is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
**An overview of the role responsibilities**
Ensuring all employee training certificates are stored on file.
Ensuring all employee training and induction forms are completed timely.
Monitoring employee training records, identifying any expired training, and ensuring all expired training is renewed timely.
Responsible for all employee documentation
Ensuring all employee documents are filed away timely and in an organised manner.
Ensuring all employee documentation is in place and meets all Employee Obligatory Documentation policy requirements.
Maintaining the Documentation tracker up to date
Responsible for keeping the HR system up to date, which includes but is not limited to:
Keeping all employee information captured on the HR system accurate at all times.
Archiving leavers’ profiles
Ensuring employees have the appropriate access rights on the system.
Assisting staff with queries on how to use the system o Being able to pull reports from the system when required.
**Desirable skills**
Qualified to degree level in HR, or degree level with a CIPD qualification
Good knowledge of Employment Law
Experience managing a HRIS
Experience using Office 365
Advanced Excel skills
