Extra MSA Cullompton Services are currently looking for a Cleaner. You will be honest and reliable and have a keen eye for detail. As a cleaner you will be expected to carry out varied cleaning duties.

**Duties**

To help and assist customers when in need. First aid, fire marshal procedures, promote good safety habits and methods of work. Ensure cleaning is maintained to a high standard.

To undertake general cleaning duties including cleaning of floors, toilets, furniture and fittings, emptying of bins, removal of rubbish and clearing tables. To maintain a clean and safe environment to all communal areas. To undertake suction cleaning, sweeping, and washing of all communal floor areas to ensure they are free from dust, debris, dirt, litter, smears and with no evidence of stains, spillages or residual cleaning materials.

**About You**

Ideally you will have some previous experience of cleaning commercial premises, although this is not essential as full training will be provided. You will be fit, healthy and able to perform manual tasks. Be friendly, with good communication skill. This will come in handy when you are working in a team with your colleagues, Tenants and when you are interacting with our customers.
