Gap Personnel is recruiting for a temporary Industrial Cleaner position based in Cullompton, Devon.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as an Industrial Cleaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop surfaces in the work area
  • Refill and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries
  • Maintain cleaning products and order new supplies when necessary
  • Take out the rubbish
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing toilet seats and unclogging sinks
  • Conduct monthly disinfection and deep cleaning
Requirements:
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Previous cleaning experience is beneficial
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
Working Hours and Pay:
  • Monday to Friday, 0800am – 1600pm
  • £11.44 per hour

As a successful candidate, you will be a proactive team player, liaising and cooperating with all members of staff. You will operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business. You will also abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
