To provide a high-level Customer Service support to the internal and external customers for the OCS Helpdesk within Molson Coors. You will manage a high volume of transactions via various communication methods including telephone and E Mails for a facilitiesmanagement Helpdesk via CAFM System. Delivering exceptional customer service standards and always delivering customer service excellence. You must be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and able to work under your own initiative as well as being ateam player. Computer literacy, professionalism and excellent communication skills are fundamental elements of this role. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
**Main Duties**:

- Greeting Visitors and Contractors within the OCS Office.
- To update the CAFM System ensuring that there is a full history on all requests logged prior to closing these in the system.
- To support the OCS Helpdesk, the Coordinator will be performing activities such as dealing with high volume of E Mails, phone calls and general enquiries.
- Ensure that that on all queries the client is always kept updated. Closing the loop on all queries ensuring that a query has been resolved to the client's satisfaction is essential.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are a must when both logging and raising queries which will then be referred to the appropriate resolver for action. Obtaining as much information as possible is vital when logging requests in the system.
- To act as first point of contact within the OCS Office.
- Receiving, producing and submitting quotations.
- Arranging site inductions and permit to works for all contractors across the Molson Coors contract.
- Liaising with the OCS Team members to complete inhouse tasks.
- Consumable ordering of Stationery and PPE

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:
An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
