- 10:30pm - 7:30am (9 hour shifts)

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Represent the St Moritz brand through correct appearance, behaviour and attitude
- Work alongside the Reception team & with all other departments within the hotel
- Give guests a warm welcome
- Understand the customer & their individual needs
- Understand customer service is key, carrying out the highest standard of customer service
- Attend and complete customer needs, arrangements & expectations
- Building security
- Check guests in and out: understand room bills & charges
- Address complaints in a courteous & compassionate manner, ensuring these are passed on and dealt with by Management where necessary
- Complete end of day banking & handling of money
- Follow & complete daily shift duties and procedures

Gratuities paid quarterly upon completion of probation.

Staff discount throughout the hotel departments, 3 course dinner in the restaurant upon completion of probation, family & friends rate on hotel rooms.

Hours: 18 per week
