**Global Head of Selection & Assessment**

Location - UK or US

You’ll be part of a lean, highly experienced, passionate Global Talent Management & Employee Experience Team, and will be responsible for helping us design and develop selection and assessment methodologies to help us accelerate our talent acquisition strategy. This position provides the opportunity to make a positive global impact within the organization and will play a key role in helping us acquire the critical skills and capabilities we need for the future.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Design and develop the selection and assessment strategy for AXA XL to ensure that we can acquire the critical skills, knowledge and capabilities for the future
- Working with the talent acquisition teams you will build world class selection and assessment methodologies that will make AXA XL an employer of choice to enable us to attract, retain and develop talent
- Develop sustainable interview/skills/behavioural assessment frameworks that will enable us to execute on strategic goals in our BUs
- Work with the talent management teams on the most effective ways to promote and develop talent from within including 360s and how we can best assess for potential
- Act as change agent to enable to the business units to transform the hiring experience
- Collaborate with the wider Talent Management Teams to ensure we curate a best-in-class employee experience
- Project manage key Talent Acquisition initiatives as and when required

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

- Extensive expertise in a senior talent acquisition/assessment role preferably within Insurance or Financial Services
- Qualifications in behavioural assessment and/or proven experience in this field
- Demonstrated experience working with SMEs, Senior leadership to develop talent assessment strategies to drive business performance
- Innovative thinker and solutions oriented with an eye on the future who has development new ways to assess and select for skills, potential and learning capability
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Previous international/multi-country navigating different regulations, culture and business best practices
- Fluent (written and spoken) English language skills are required
