Sue Ross Legal are working with a well known and respected law firm in Sheffield who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Company/Commercial department.
You will be providing Secretarial support to Fee Earners who deal with corporate and commercial matters and your duties will include;
- Audio typing general correspondence, reports and legal documents
- Drafting documents
- Liaising with clients to resolve queries
- Updating inhouse case management systems
- Scanning documents onto inhouse systems
To be considered for this role you will need to have solid Legal Secretarial skills, ideally within Commercial or Corporate work. You should also possess excellent typing speeds and be a strong communicator.
