Revenue and Distribution Associate

Manage the content distribution and pricing of given portfolio
- Define a road to success for given portfolio in terms of pricing and commercial strategy
- Build and execute Eson2 Revenue, Pricing and Budgeting process Strategy
- Achieve short, medium and long-term strategic targets and ensure profitability
- Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the company portfolio and manage
day-to-day
- Develop new revenue streams
- Define and lead the adoption of key initiatives internally, both in terms of commercial
opportunities and technical solutions
- Optimise the effective representation of our products in all distribution channels
- Lead and direct the Revenue Team
- Play crucial role on Eson2 partnerships expansion
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree related to the Travel Industry
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in either distribution management, sales or account
management
- Familiar with OTA extranets and experience in channel manager software
- Ability to run proper exploratory/discovery calls, be an active listener, manage
objections and negotiations
- Can exercise sound judgement and manage conflicting priorities when under pressure
- Energetic and responsive.
- Experience in CRM Administration (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Hands-on approach, as you will be delivering your ideas and performance in our pricing
and distribution systems
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in Greek and English
- Highly responsive and reliable with strong attention to detail
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
